Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 325. Mix egg, oil, and milk and beat well. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Stir until just blended. Pour batter into a lightly oiled bread pan adn cook for 25 minutes or until corn bread springs back when touched in the center.
